Our opening prayer for this week:

    Glory alone to the God of all grace.
    Glory alone to Jesus.
    "Let there be light," God said, "and there was light."
    Yes, God made all light through Jesus.
    So saints of old rejoiced as they sang,
    "O sleeper, wake up! From the dead arise
    For then the Messiah will shine out on you!"
    Shine in my heart, Lord Jesus.

    Glory alone to the God of all grace.

    He died for us in dread darkness and shame,
    Then he came alive. God raised Jesus!
    So saints of old rejoiced as they sang,
    "O sleeper, wake up! From the dead arise
    For then the Messiah will shine out on you!"
    Shine in my heart, Lord Jesus. Amen.

  • And don't get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless living, but be filled by the Spirit: 19 speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music with your heart to the Lord, 20 giving thanks always for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ ...

  • That God forgives you in Christ for any alcohol abuse in your past and fills you with his Spirit

  • That God spreads the good news of the kingdom of the Son he loves in Moldova
